The fun new Petite Pennants Builder Punch helped me create this sweet baby girl card. It's amazing what you can put on the pennants! I chose the Subtle Flower Brads.
I hung the pennants on a So Saffron strip of cardstock punched with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch. The base cardstock color is Blushing Bride, an In Color. Stop back tomorrow for another idea!
