Jolly Jingles Wheel

This FAST card was made with the Stampin' Up! JUMBO Wheel, Jolly Jingles! The jumbo wheels are very stable, giving great results! Perfect on envelopes and gift wrap, too!

I printed it in Gumball Green and again in Primrose Petals. Then I cut out the Primrose images and attached to the Green print for EASY color variation!
