No Layer Card

Yes, you can create a NO LAYER card with lots of interest! I made my own template and sponged color inside the shape to create a focal area. This unifies the sentiment and image, acting like a faux layer. This method works to create a SUN, too.
I used the same sponge dauber to add Daffodil Delight ink to the basic vanilla Flower Trim. LOVE those little flowers - you GOTTA try them!! This card is from my recent Get Well/Sympathy Card Class.

So pretty! I have a few templates I've made, I use versamark ink for the image, then put the template over and chalk the image pops, kinda magical :)
