Winter Frame

This heart-warming frame was created by my demonstrator friend Barb F. of South Beloit, Il as a class project. Hanging in my Florida stamp room, it's a sweet reminder of winter. Images are from "Snow Much Fun" and "Jolly Bingo Bits" Stamp Sets.

For the red rhinestones on the ice skates, just use a permanent marker and color the rhinestones before removing from the backing sheet. Blot and attach.

Silver Glimmer Paper punched with the Snowflake Punch adds glitz!! A very charming creation, Barb!!

 

Neat Repeat...

This is the same set as yesterday's post, "You Are Loved" from the Holiday Mini Catalog. Kaylene created this Valentine with Stripes Embossing Folder for the background.

A generous banner and a flower built with dies and punches make this greeting special!

"You Are Loved" Stamp Set

This lovely holiday card was created by Kaylene, my Inkerbelle Demonstrator Sister living in Doha, Qatar. She used the Holiday Mini Catalog stamp set called "You Are Loved."

I love the "mixed" embellishments! The rag ribbon adds a textile texture. Stop back tomorrow to see a totally different look with this same stamp set.

Santa's DAUGHTER!

You didn't know Santa had a daughter?? This is what she will be wearing for the Holidays! Its a lovely Real Red dress with Silver Glimmer Paper trim, and pale green rhinestones!

Simply Santa

Here is another SIMPLE last minute card idea for your busy life! I TORE the Whisper White cardstock so it looks more like fur trim. The buckle is an optical illusion: punch a 1 3/4" square of Silver Glimmer Paper. Then punch a 1" square of black and attach it to the top of the Silver square. EASY! Punch it fast!

If you don't have your Holiday cards made, you're running out of time. Try this fast solution! Punch a Snowflake and back it with the Silver Glimmer Paper!

On the inside, I placed Dimensionals around the Snowflake hole to attach the Glimmer Paper.

I used the Snowflake on the inside. The greetings are Hand-Penned Holidays. You can create lots of these in a hurry - try it!

Petite Pocket Die

I got a new die today and just couldn't wait to create! This is the Petite Pocket Die which made the perfect container for Christmas money!

 I quickly adorned them with the Winter Wishes Stitched Felt. The felt attaches easily with the Towbow Liquid Glue.

The pocket has a toggle closure so I used the Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

Peekaboo Frames Die

The Peekaboo Frames Die was designed for an Advent Calendar...however, we always find MORE uses. Here the Die creates a little window for a greeting. Let's peek inside...

and there is a greeting from Occasions Alphabet! The gorgeous designer papers are Mocha Morning...and this specific design is flocked.

International Stockings

These two festive stockings made with the Holiday Stocking Die are going overseas to our little grand-nephews. Because of their longggg travels, I decorated them with their names cut from Naturally Serif Die instead of a thick embellishment. The boys can hang them on the Christmas tree.

I used Letters to Santa Designer Series Papers. These stockings open for a holiday greeting and fit into a 5X7 envelope. Off to the Post Office.

Winter White Week - Elf Kisses

I LOVE this sweet little ELF created with punches! This is the perfect little gift for teachers, neighbors, or co-workers...it's the Fancy Favor Box Die for the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine.

The Silver Glimmer paper is the perfect cardstock for a festive holiday feeling. The Handle is the Tasteful Trim Die.

Winter White Week - #4

This card by Tami Waddell of CA was my inspiration for Winter White Week. Tami used the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine for the textured background and wreath texture. The greeting from Christmas Lodge stamp set, was sponged with Shimmer Paint and then stamped. Lovely card and a great inspiration for me! Thanks Tami!

Winter White Week #3

I hope you are enjoying Winter White Week?! I started with Northern Flurry Emossing Folder for this background, then lightly sponged it with PLATINUM Shimmer Paint. This Winter Post skating couple have a vintage feel so I embellished with a lovely Vintage Brad.

Winter White Week #2

I paired Silver heat embossing with Silver Glimmer Paper for lot of SHINE! The images are from Winter Post. The base card is Brushed Silver Cardstock.

Winter White Week #1

This week I'm featuring Winter White Cards with lots of sparkle! I die cut the J-O-Y with Serif Essentials Alphabet and my indispensable Big Shot. The sassy reindeer is from Winter Post and heat embossed in Silver. I topped it off with a Very Vanilla Velvet bow. Using lots of texture keeps the white on white from boredom. Try it!

Birthday Wishes in Wisteria

I love to create special birthday cards for special people in my life. I used the cool new tool, Simply Scored to make this pleated Medallion focal point with Flirtatious Specialty Paper.
It makes a big splash when mounted on Silver Glimmer Paper! Wouldn't this card make you feel special?

Baby's 1st Christmas

We have a new grand niece! I love the way I can use rubber stamping to MATCH my card to the color & style of the gifts I give.

I used the versatile Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set of 24 to create this perfect little 3.5X3.5" gift card. Note how I used the tiny Vintage Trinkets pin to attach two Mini Jingle Bells - a perfect pair!

Birthday or Christmas?

Here is another idea for the versatile Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set of 24. One image can be Birthday OR Christmas...just change the designer papers!

I started with a 4" square of Mocha Morning Designer Series Paper, fold all corners to the center, then fold the corners back out...simple!

The Scallop Punched edge is created with Brushed Gold Cardstock. The elegant greeting is Hand-Penned Holidays. Christmas Lodge Stamp Set

Look at the fine details of the Christmas Lodge Stamp Set! The colors I used are Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler.

My most frequent blog viewer and friend, Rosy from Loves Park, IL sent me this fancy fold idea - thanks, Rosy! I used the Jolly Bingo Bits stamp set of 24 for this sweet layout. Images & Greeting are heat embossed with Stampin' Up!'s silver embossing powder for a nice shine.

The great plaid papers are from Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Papers which I also used in my blog header. I custom create my own blog headers using Stampin' Up!'s MY DIGITAL STUDIO.

Leaves are "Gently Falling"

Gently Falling is a two-step stamp set which gives extra detail! I stamped the leaves and then embossed the background w/ the Textured Embossing Folder and my fav BIG SHOT!! This card feels totally different than yesterday's design using the same stamp set, Kindness Matters...color makes such a differences! I used lots of Smooch Spitz on this one! The main colors are Crumb Cake and Cajun Craze.

Kindness Matters...

Kindness Matters is a lovely little stamp set I used here. I inked the butterflies with a Pool Party Ink Pad. Then I used an Island Indigo marker to add a darker shade to the wing tips before I stamped. This is such a simple card, so I textured the bacground with Snow Burst Embossing Folder and my BIG SHOT!

The Circle of Life! Oh Happy Day!

Our niece and her hubby have a new baby girl - how wonderful!! So had to create this special card using the Stitched Stockings Stamp Set and coordinating Stocking Builder Punch! I just shortened the cuff of the stocking to create a baby bootie - so easy! The color is Pretty in Pink, of course.

Glitzy Gift

Just returned from a trip to IL for my dear Dad's funeral. He was a great role model! Thanks to many great friends who came to hug me or sent condolences. You warmed and comforted my heart.

This simply GLITZY holiday greeting was created by my demonstrator friend, Peggy! The Glimmer Paper says is all...celebrate Christmas! It would be easy to change the greeting for any celebration.

Isn't this paper stocking sweet? I created it using the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine and Stampin' Up!'s exclusive "Holiday Stocking" Die! I enlarged it so you could see the details on the green cardstock. You can cut multiples of cardstock OR fabric, making creating fast! Here I used Frostwood Lodge Designer Series Paper - love the plaids. They remind me of fuzzy warm flannel fabrics!

Giddy Up! w/ Stampin' Up!

 
Here is a fun out-of-the-box idea for the NEW Stocking Builder Punch and the NEW Stitched Stockings stamp set of seven images! This cute little hobby horse makes a GREAT toddler birthday card!!

 
I used Stampin' Up!'s Seam Binding ribbon for the horse's mane. Attached it with Sticky Strip, then cut off the long edge and ravelled! Simple!! The youthful background papers are "Just Add Cake" Designer Series Papers. Purchase your supplies HERE and give this a try!

 

"Gently Falling" by Stampin' Up!

 
This is an easy "trick:" ink up your clear acrylic block with a Classic (dye) ink pad. Then stamp it as a soft frame for your main image. Here it anchors the "Gently Falling" 2-step leaf. To create the ruffle, place Sticky Strip on the very edge of the back side of the cardstock and pleat the soft Seam Binding ribbon and press onto the Sticky Strip. Such a lovely touch!

More "Genty Falling" Leaves

 
Gently Falling is a FUN 2-step stamp set of 12! I used a Stampin' Up! clear Acrylic block inked on a Crumb Cake ink pad to create the soft square background - so easy. To make this ruffle, put a strip of Sticky Strip along the very back edge of your card. Then pinch and attach Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding Ribbon to the Sticky Strip. The Stampin' Up! Seam Bindings are soooo flexible and easy to use with this technique.

Gently Falling Stamp Set of 12 isn't just for the colorful northern Autumns. Leaves are wonderful for lots of occasions like men's birthdays, sympathy, thinking of you, thanks yous, etc! I stamped the two-step images and then embossed the cardstock with Square Lattice Embossing Folder and my Big Shot.

I whipped up a stack of these sweet little 3X3" cards with my contact info inside. I keep them handy when I'm out and about, wearing my logo shirts. I'm ALWAYS looking to share Stampin' Up! with others. This company has brought such wonderful friends into my life! And income and travel and FUN!!

 
I used the yummy Mocha Morning Specialty Designer Series Papers which are all neutrals and soooo easy to combine! The greeting is the NEW Occasions Alphabet that I find very handy. Don't you LOVE the New Quilted Satin Ribbon in Early Espresso color?? So much texture in one tiny card!

The NEW Stocking Builder Punch is sooo fun to use with different Designer Papers! Here I used the New Holly Berry Bouquet Specialty Designer Series Papers from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I added a touch of RED Glimmer Paper for glitz! Very traditional.

 
Look how the feeling of the card totally CHANGES when I use Well Woren Designer Series Paper! One of the designs in this packge looks very much like OLDE BRICK so I used it as the background - perfect! Very aged. Which do you like better??

Check out this GIANT Spice Cake Designer Button! I was CHALLENGED to create a card around this HUGE Pear Pizzazz Button. I love the results! The palm tree is from Plant Hope Stamp Set of four. The textures are made with my Big Shot Die Cutting machine using Framed Tulips and Finial Press Embossing Folders.

I've fallen in love with this Beau Chateau Designer Series Paper!! It's Pink Pirouette and Soft Suede colors - sooo yummy! I used the wonderful NEW Simply Scored to easily create the pleated medallion. I topped it off with the new HUGE Spice Cake Designer Button in Soft Suede.

 
Don't you love the unique greeting from Occasions Alphabet? I stamped it and then cut it out with the Scallop Rectangle Clearlits Die in the Big Shot. Perfect!

I really love this new Holiday Mini Catalog's Pines & Poinsettias! This is a 3X6" card of Crumb Cake Cardstock. I used the Designer Frames Embossing Folder with my Big Shot to create a border for the image.

 
Sorry, my camera doesn't take a good close up. I put frost on the pinecones w/ the new Dazzling Details glittery glue! A added a strip of Silver Glimmer Paper for pop! I've been busy stamping up a storm for a demonstrator swap for the NEW Holiday Mini Catalog that starts TODAY!! I chose the lovely Pines & Poinsettias stamp set for my cards. I colored this main image with markers on the rubber and then stamped to get all the different colors. My FAVORITE new product is the SILVER GLIMMER PAPER!!! Are you surprised?
